These things stink like a barn but the 30+ minutes of pure silent chewing was worth it.

They are both beautiful bullies! Love the second pic -- Ruckus looks like he is in HEAVEN!

the things we will do and the stink we will put up with for some nice, relaxed chew time haha.

great pics!

do they make a mess? the one time i gave mine soup bones, the ones with marrow inside, i regretted it for days.

These are hollow, so they don't make a huge mess like the marrow bones, but there is always a certain amount of drool associated with them. I regretted letting the dogs chew them on the couch. If you have a patio, they'd be a good outside chew treat. My sure I'll give them hooves inside again because of the smell.

I have always given hooves to my boxers and bulldogs--they LOVE THEM! I think I'm so used to the smell, I don't notice it anymore. I have leather couches too--good thing because my guys always chew them on the couch. I always thought my boxers and bullies were aggressive chewers...but now I have Jack. He loves the hooves too, but he chews big pieces off and I'm afraid he'll get a blockage. I love the look they get in their eyes when they chew, kind of a dreamy, unfocused eyes look--just loving the chew!
