About Beauty

This gentle girl is just 2-3 years old and has the most enjoyable temperament - shes ridiculous, goofy, loves to flop on her belly, give kisses, and is always happy. She likes kids, dogs, your mom, and Bill Murray. Despite her girth, she is always happy to roll over for belly rubs.

We took in Beauty from the Mobile SPCA where she arrived significantly overweight. Her temperament suggests that Beauty's previous owners simply wanted to reward her sweetness, but she needs to lose weight ASAP. Special food will help with this (say goodbye to pork chops), but we are looking for a home that is committed to walking her as much as possible. The good news is that she genuinely enjoys exploring, and you will too! But consistent and extended walks are key to her rehabilitation or else she will be at increased risk for knee/hip issues and other problems.

Beauty was the unannounced star of our last event and we have finally given her the green light for adoption.
