Attn NJ dog owners

I hadn't seen anything on here about the new law in NJ that makes it illegal to drive with your dog loose in the car. Either not in a car carrier or harnessed and belted in. Here is the link to the article about it.

Its one of the smartest laws they have passed - I hate seeing people trying to drive with 3 or 4 yip yaps on their laps looking out the windows in the drivers face etc.

*DONT* Put on make-up DRIVE !
*DONT* Try make a call (or text) DRIVE !
*DONT* do whatever else you think you can do........ DRIVE !

you wont believe easy it is to do...................... DRIVE !

if you dont want to heed the advice, then TAKE A BUS !

I totally agree we have had the seatbelt harness since he was a puppy, it was more of a 411 for NJ folks that didn't know

Yea it's really dangerous. 2 wks ago here in Houston a lady was driving with her dog and somehow it jumped in the front seat or in her lap and she lost control of the car and they both died.. Really sad!
