General Question At what age do testicles drop?

I feel silly asking this, but we have had only female dogs for the past 20 years. At what age does a male puppy's testicles drop? I thought both of Henry's dropped, but it seems like one keeps going back inside??? Like its ascending and descending. Is that normal?

When we got Nate the vet only felt one testicle, but did not seemed concerned. He said just give it time and see what happens. I ask what if it doesn't drop? He said that it would just take the surgery to neuter a little longer. Nate's is 5 1/2 months and the other testicle has dropped. Hang in there!!

Jakes didn't drop until he was almost 11 months..just in time for neutering!

Thatcher is 10 1/2 months old and we are still waiting for the "other" ball to drop

Buster's were both dropped when he had his 8 week check-up. Ruggles' had both dropped before he was 3 months.
