This has nothing to do w/bulldogs or doggies at all...

I just feel very comfortable sharing my journey w/all of you & I wanted to ask for your prayers...

I just dropped my hubby off at the airport, he will be in Afghanistan for the next 4 months. This isn't my first rodeo, my hubby is a retired soldier w/over 20 years service. I just never expected to be doing this again... So I may be stalking the site a little more than usual. Just a warning... LOL :*(

We will be here for you..and many, many positive thoughts are on the way for your hubby and for you!

Thoughts and prayers for your husbands safe return coming your way. It is one thing when your loved one is in the service and they deploy but as a civilian to go back to the sand box is an even harder to deal with. I wish both of you nothing but the best and safe and positive thoughts.

 --- First, thank you to you and your husband for his service!! Hugs, prayers and positive thoughts for a save and healthy return.

My thoughts and prayers are with you both. I hope this 4 months will fly and you'll be together again in no time.

:( I am sorry. Can't imagine what that would be like for you. My bil will be leaving in sept for 4 months and my sister will be going thru this as well. Hard job on everyone involved.

Sending you love, hugs and prayers for the quick and safe return of your husband. Thank you to you and your husband for his service, and our freedom. God Bless you, and your family, and hopefully time will fly by and hubby will be home soon. In the meantime we're all here for you, so feel free to say Hi, chat, or sound off any time you like.

I grew up in the life, born at Ft Leonard Wood, MO and moved at 6 weeks old
to Mother's parents while Dad went to Korea (w/his 4 brothers) for 18 months.
He served 2 tours of Vietnam before retirement in 1968. My 2 sisters were born
in Hawaii and Dad did an isolated tour in Germany when I was 9.

Thank you & Hubby for your sacrifice & service to America. Will keep y'all in prayer.
Come here and talk whenever you need to...we are here for you...we are family.

this site is like having a big family..it feels like a home away from home for me. We support each other be it about our bullies or life in general. I'm proud to be a part of that and both Brie and I send hugs your way..and to everyone else tagged too!
