He is an affectionate and loving 4 year old English Bulldog who thrives on belly rubs, long walks, and cuddles. Arthur is crate trained, house trained and even knows how to use a dog door! He is low maintenance, quiet (except for his adorable snoring), and just wants to be near people who love him. Arthur is a pleasure to foster! His foster moms are working hard on social skills and everyday manners. He is attentive during training sessions and loves to please!
