My phone shorted out and I lost every single picture I had of Murphy since I got him plus about 2000 other pictures
And had to spend 300$ on a new phone

They said there was nothing they could do.
No physical damage no water damage etc.
replaced the battery charging port etc.

The bully that is laying on its back in their bed is my favorite
