Hi everyone. I was looking to adopt a bullie. I know a lot of these dogs have ailments which Is the reason I want to adopt (so I can help) But I'm not sure where to find one. I live in the finger lakes region of NY. Elmira to be exact. I know there is one in Long Island but that is kind of a lengthy trip for me. I have a bulldog now that is almost 2 and he needs a pal. If anyone knows of anyplace near me or could help I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Just so you know, the dogs aren't all located on Long Island. They're fostered all over the northeast.
They also do transport.

Exactly! If you follow their FB page you'll see they rehome bullies from all over..they have a big network of volunteers to help with transport too. Chumley is a LIBR alumni.

We rescued our bulldog through www.petfinders.com I was watching their posts for a couple months until I found the perfect bulldog for us. He's been a wonderful addition to our home.
