Hi Everyone, Wanted to know your experience in this question. I bred my Male bulldog Horace. She only had two and sadly one died.
BUT Horace only has one testicle ATM. He is 15 weeks old any one know if there is still a chance for this to descend ?
I wanted to show him but I cant as this will be a fault. Im new to this although have had bulldogs a long time. Horace is such a naughty boy and he will remain with me as a pet only.
I cannot feel any second testicle anywhere.

Thanks In advance x

it may not have dropped yet, some times it can delay until around 8 months, if not dropped by that time you should have the vet examine him to ensure there are not medical issues

Are you saying that you bred your male at 15 weeks? That is quite young. You can't really tell yet whether or not the second testicle will drop. Sometimes, when they are retained, they are way up near the "belly". A male with only one testicle should not be bred (when mature) as this is
likely to be inherited. Also a retained testicle can become cancerous. As Christine stated,it should be dropped by 8 months.

I have seen them take up to 10 months to drop.
