You know....maybe we are looking at this all wrong.. I bet he was thinking "silly hoomins...theys not a yellow crayon in my box..only black" He probably thought that by whining really loud...he was helping you find him in his game of "hide-n-seek". See, he really is the yellow crayon....such a bright boy! Helping out his mama. He probably got impatient waiting for you to find him...like most kids do!
