Transportation Assistance from OK to Dallas

I'm in need of arranging transportation to get a special needs pup from east Oklahoma to Dallas TX please! If anyone is going to be in this area soon please let me know so I can give details and contact info. I have contacted rescue groups in the area but they are not able to assist at this time unless the pup is to go to them. Thanks for your time.
