Do all dogs get these funny tongues when they play? The photo is bad but I hope you can see the folded tip of Castor's tongue. Is this just a quirky thing or if it's a way of cooling down, perhaps?

My boy Voitto always has his tongue out when outside....I think he enhances his smell that way, like a snake...
