Tongue discoloration

Hi all, our 4 year old Molly has developed a dark brown staining on her tongue..she’s never had tear staining as we wash her face every day but since December she’s got bad tear staining and her nose is running.. anyone else had this problem?

The stain is on her tongue? I never saw or heard of it... folds/tears-- yes. Usually allergies or eye lash issues

Never heard of it either, but wouldn't hurt to take her to vet to get bloodwork done to make sure no kidney or liver disease.

I agree with Dollysowner, ask the vet, maybe it could be a sensitivity or an allergy to an ingredient in her food, or a new product you may be using.
