We were living in Tyler 3 years ago, loved it, very beautiful
scenery & loved the people, so friendly & caring, I hated to
leave! Disturbingly, animal abuse is increasing everywhere.
People too, now murdering our police & firefighters, one was
run over, a week ago (Michigan, I believe) on purpose while
collecting donations at the stoplight, as they do with the boot.
It's a scary, evil world in which, NO LIFE MATTERS.

A few months ago my neighbor shot his dog... I'm not sure why but I heard dogs bark and fight, then there were a few gun shots. I didn't know what was going on so I locked all the doors and we called the police. After that we tried to call our neighbor cos we wanted to know they were ok since attacks are pretty common in South Africa. He didn't pick up but after we've called a few times he called back and just said he shot his dog. It was so chocking we didn't think of asking why.

I think it's very common here sadly

i worked with a guy that had a dog and the dog got shot in the leg when it was outside.. he didnt take it to the vet and the neighbors called the police on him for not getting the dog help.. they came to his door and told him he has 24 hours to get help for the dog or they were going to take the dog and fine him.. well, he was late for work next day and i asked him how the dog was.., mind you, everyone i work with know how i am about animals, cat or dog, well, he had the nerve to look at me in the face and say he had to take the dog in the woods and shoot it, because he didnt have the money to take it to the vet.. i was mortified.. of all people to tell this to.. i thought he has to be joking.. i said please tell me your kidding.. he said no.. i told him i would have paid for it if he would have just asked.. i was upset for very long time.. even more angry when i heard he got another dog..
