Petey Pete AKA "Stinky Pete"
Its been a very long day. I had Stinky at the vets office at 7am this morning. And at 2pm they started his surgery. And you won't believe it but I got to go in the room and watch it all. I didn't think I would last too long in there cause I have a very weak stomach. It wasn't bad at all. I took a few pictures and a short video. Any way Stinky is doing as good as expected. He had to stay the night there...which I was hoping he would come home with mommy. I hate leaving him there when NO one is there at night. What if he gets sick? Dr Baker couldnt believe his tail. He said it was one of the worst tails he has seen. It took 2 doctors to work on it.I tried to get it docked when he was younger but they didn't want to do it unless it gave him problems. As you can see from the pics it had to cause Stinky pain. Even though he never acted like it until last week. As far as his penis..they tucked it in and sewed up the end of it.Hoping for scar tissue on the end of it..If Not they will have to cut the tip of it off. NOW the sounds very painful guys. I better get to bed its gonna be a busy day tomorrow. Thanks for all your support and prayers. 1101131450.jpg1106131416.jpg1106131417.jpg1106131417a.jpg1106131429.jpg1106131709.jpgAfter surgery.

Another testament to bullies amazing capacity to endure pain. And a caution
for everyone to understand this so their babies aren't suffering just because
they aren't showing it.

Good job hanging in there, Dana...Stinky is so lucky to have you taking care of
him :) Thanking GOD he is alright and prayers for quick recovery!

Wow. You guys had some day. I will pray for a speedy recovery for stinky. It is awesome that they let you watch. Did he have an actual tail or the usual nub?

Aww poor little Stinky, I so glad he came through the surgery okay, and everything went well. That's so awesome that you were allowed to watch, that would be so cool and interesting. I hope he has a quick and easy recovery, and I'm sure he will feel much better with no more problems after the surgery. Sending love, hugs, and prayers to you and Stinky. Lol. I love his name. Please keep us posted on how he is doing, and good luck keeping him quiet and still.

Poor buy violated on both end! I am glad that you were able to watch it had to of offered some relief. Leaving out babies over night when they are "sick" is never a good feeling. Here's to fast healing :)
