Yeah. Boo - Tyson eats it, our store emailed us right away too when it happened. Good thing is doesn't eat what they recalled, but I still went in and exchanged the food for a different lot number.

The link Lynn posted didn't load for me initially- and the info. I got was about the chicken products. Got rid of my beef anyway, then heard something about a voluntary recall for their other products.
I was completely confused, but now what happened to Ty makes sense to me.

Yep, I went immediately to the site and saw that his bag was recalled. That's when I went and switched it for the beef. But there after I decided not to risk it again just yet so I returned the beef and got him a bag of Fromms. We go today for his 2nd injection at noon.

fingers crossed it goes well! did you get some mushed up bananas ready? i made some banana ice cubes last night. one tray for each bulldog..lol.. after our nightly walks, I let them lick it for a minute or two to cool off. they're in pig heaven..lol..

Hee hee - yup he has some at home, but since he's been on bland - he hasn't gotten any. I brought some of his natural coconut treats for today He has bad diarrhea right now too. I don't know about adding anything yet until it firms up

any idea what the diarrhea is from? it can't be food poisoning anymore...

My best bet is 2 things - one the meds he's on... and 2 the slow transition back to kibble. I will confirm with vet today and see what she says.

is he on an antibiotic? There was one that caused Banks to have runny poo... do not remember which it was, sorry

Yup he's on Metronidazole - it wasn't bad when he first started, but we started to slowly add bits of kibble, and the past 2 days have been bright orange/yellow just gross. I mean he's acting just fine so I hope he feels better at least
