My almost 6month old Lora, lays like this also!
My bullygirl must be laying in the most awkward positions ever. I try to make a picture when i see her in a strange position to build a collection.

Duke always lays in odd positions. That back butt section is like the photo, half out, or half out on the sofa, out out on their bed or on Nyala....odd ball
