Just take a look at the ingredient list and that pretty much says it all.

"Brewers Rice, Chicken By-Product Meal, Brown Rice, Wheat Gluten, Chicken Fat..."
Good rule of thumb for Bulldog kibble...avoid wheat corn & soy
