General Question Red face remedies

Hi everyone! I know fran is not unique with this and looking for what everyone's personal hygiene regime looks like for their babies.

Frans face gets pink depending where she is. (Example : if she rolls in the grass at my office she will come out more pink, etc)
With the pinkness, there are some "puppy pimples". I've been told this is normal but in the same respect I'd like to keep the area as clean and free of infection as possible. This girl loves rubbing her face in the dirt and I can't help but think it can't be good for her little pimples or open cuts.
Here is a current picture. What products or home remedies look like? Thank you!

That is very little compared to how some get. After she is done for the day, wash her chin and dry, and rub some desitin, or Budreaux's butt paste in her chin. I would do it before bed, so it would work all night. It's also hard to keep the chin dry when they drink water. You could dry her chin after she drinks!

I was putting neosporin . I will definitely try baby ointment. Thank you! It's absolutely eased my anxiety seeing that it is common with the breed. And she doesn't appear to be in pain ya know

I am ordering some now! I was doing antiseptic foam and then neosporin in the morning while she's sleeping. Super smart to do baby cream at night !! That's why I love this forum [emoji5]

they are sooooooooo weird! but,,, i 'think' they have zink in them so do what ya can to not let her get at it in the future') I use it on Hanks eye folds occasionally but just make sure he cant snack on it.

They do have zinc! Aww man you guys know I'm nuts.. I'll be on the hunt for a organic natural brand now! Works slow so at least it will give me something to do hahahahahahaha. I just hate seeing her little face all red!!!
