Oh, looks very real, especially the eyes! It reminds me of the marzipan dog that we had on our wedding cake - my mother-in-law had a baker make one that looked like my husband's dog and we kept it (the marzipan dog, that is!) in the freezer for many years since we just couldn't eat it!
