This is what we have been dealing with for the past 4 months. Samsons paws bleed too...you can see the blood vessels in one of his paws. He has been seen by a vet for the past 4 months and we have gotten no where. He has been on EVERY rx, 2 times. :-(

OUCH --- have you been to a dermatologist? it almost looks like a hotspot?
