tennis balls last Geno forever and are cheap. Other than that I have only had good luck with Nylabones, they make a really cute set of keys for puppies.

Most of the kong toys don't last in my house very long. He tends to beat the crap out of them. I'm trying to think if anything really lasts in my house and beyond the nylabones and the real bones that you can stuff with peanut butter, nothing really lasts beyond a couple of weeks.

Loki has never had any sort of Kong toy that hasn't been destroyed within minutes of it being home ;(
