Puppy food

I act like I am new to this!! Haha, well anyways. I feed my dogs Fromms grain free (of course) sometimes mixing between Salmon Tunalini and Beef frittata. However, with the new puppy, Fromms does not have a grain free puppy food. Well, if they do I have never seen it. When I adopted Jovi when she was 15 weeks somebody on here said that the regular food has enough nutrition to feed puppies so that is what I fed Jovi as a pup. Is this true? Or does it not have the nutrition puppies need? Thanks for all the advice in advance!

We feed all our pups FROMM Puppy Gold in the pink bag and they always do great on it.
