Precious came out of a puppy mill and was turned over to an organization in Arkansas. A wonderful organization call Pilots for Paws flew her to us back in July.
Precious was just a hot mess. She was severly obese and had some sort of infection that we just couldn't pin down. After several rounds of antibiotics we risked spaying her to we could finally find out what was wrong with the poor girl. Luckiy she just had a chronic UTI that was resistant to most meds. We have her on the proper medications now and it has finally cleared up. We also determined that she has a borderline Thyroid issue so we have her on meds for that also.
Precious is just a doll. She LOVES people, kids, dogs and cats. She will require long term medication for the Thyroid issue as well as meds for Dry Eye. Precious is also VERY overweight and will need someone to make sure she stays on her diet! Since she has been on her Tyroid meds she is finally losing some weight.
