Lately it seems our boy Winston is out of breath and panting with minimal exertion. It just seems excessive. He seems fine otherwise but getting winded very easy not sure if this is indication of a problem or just a little out of shape. Anybody else experience anything like this ? Just now he’s sitting here doing nothing watching he type and panting pretty hard . I. Know bully’s have breathing issues just not sure if I need to hit the panic button or not. Any input appreciated

I would get to a vet for an exam, X-rays or ultrasound of chest… panting can be a sign of pain. Please let us know how he is

I would have a vet check him out. It is not normal to breathe that heavily unless he is hot, and as we all know, EBs cannot tolerate the heat, so that would be another concern. Good luck.

Yes definitely get an x-ray done. He can have something putting pressure on his heart or lungs. I’m NOT saying that’s the issue but if that’s a new issue you’re noticing and he never had it before, I would get an X-ray.
