story online about a litter of bullie puppies, 4 weeks old found abandoned with their mom...don't know if anyone is in ohio ....

they may be mixed but they are cute and the mom looks really really skinny

according to the article they were found stuffed in a suitcase...the mom was pacing outside the suitcase and so someone stopped to see what was going on and found the litter. the guy who abandoned them left a tag on the suitcase with his name on it...he was charged

The insane thing is that it would be soo easy for that guy to have just dropped them off at a shelter or rescue. Yet he made the decision to dump them inside a suitcase. That's such a sad thing. Poor pooches.
