Needed : Hints on keeping Water Bowl fresh

Yep thanks to Wilson and his slobber and food, dirt, etc. particles he leaves behind the 5 gal water bowl I had is now sitting in my basement. I have a decent sized bowl now and change it twice a day. It used to be a pain but I've adapted now, lol. He can really mess a bowl up with that hippopotimuas mouth he has. :)

:lmao: Having seen real hippos in a river in South Africa, I can testify to the giantness of those grand hippo mouths!

we have one of those no spill bowls. its stainless steel and has a plastic collar type rim that snaps on. it does a perfect job of keeping the water in the bowl and always kinda wipes her jowls as she pulls away, so she isn't so wet after drinking. and she only really drinks water after she eats or after she plays hard outside. so we usually only change her water at meal times (2x a day)
