Need your input about opening a rescue in the Carolinas

This is Randy Huffman with the English Bulldog Rescue of Georgia. Over the past two years our rescue has rescued and adopted numerous English Bulldogs in the Carolinas. We have over 10 people in place from Vets, nurses, humane society and the Director has numerous years of Bully experience. I just want to get anyone thoughts on this? Your input? and you guys blessings.

I've been trying to find out if there is a rescue in or near the Norfolk/Virginia Beach Va area. They turn up in our shelters here once in a while and I never know who to call.
