Do you dry the area after using these wipes?

I don't… sometimes if the area is really bad I would use a very mild soap w/a washcloth to clean it first and then use the wipes.

You're not supposed to- they're self drying.

Nope, the instructions indicate that it's not required and should dry within 10 mins.
