Lola is a great little girl!! She had a very loving home until her owner died and then she ended up at the Tulsa shelter. She had a deep cyst under her front leg that burst and the open wounds were never treated. While the tissue is healing she has a hard time getting around, but it doesn't seem to slow her down. She needs a home without stairs. She is heartworm positive and at her age cannot survive the treatment. Therefore, she needs a loving home to let her curl up with you and rest until her time comes to say good-bye. While we understand the pain of letting these beautiful babies go, it is even more sad for them to spend their last years without a bed to call their own. Please consider giving Lola her day in the spotlight. Note: If you adopt a bulldog from us under the age of 5 and wish to adopt Lola also, then her adoption fee will be waived. **NO small dogs**
