Knocking people down

So the monster has been acting up over the last few weeks. Now today I get a note from the dogwalker saying he was so excited he knocked her over and hurt her back. We have been working with him to stop jumping up on people when he's excited but apparently to no avail.
HELP!

ALL humans that interact with him have to be on the same page... so whatever you are training make sure you dog walker is doing the same.

Knee up to deflect the jump
turn you back and say 'NO' firm, but do not scream/yell
step on leash to prevent the jump (if leashed)

'Nothing in life is free'... very easy and quick training technique that will help get him in line

I had to get the thing called "pet corrector" Look it up on amazon It doesnt touch them, or make them fearful, just they dont like the sound ... check it out

I've started just stepping back out of his reach when he (Ty) begins to jump
he's slowly getting the message
