They both been pooping and peeing everywhere ever since we moved. Is this just a temporary thing? They always been good at being house trained.

That is a way that many dogs will express their feelings about moving into a different place! I would take them out more often, and when they do their biz outside, give them some kind of treat that they love. It will be like "puppyhood". Eventually they will get adjusted to the new place and go back to normal!

Yes, this is very normal behavior especially for bulldogs, notorious for
hating change of ANY kind (ocd even). My older female started peeing
on my bed, I was shocked!
2BullyMama advised me to be patient, go back to basics and take away
perks like being on my bed, it worked, she had another one or two episodes
then all was fine. She would pee after going outside so it's not about needing
to go but a form of rebellion and/or insecurity.

Be kind, calm & consistent-disagree with the result but no scolding, focus on
more potty times, over the top praise & high value treat, might crate them
until there's no more accidents.

Congratulations on new place & keep us updated as what works for them!

Agreed... Back to basics--- you messed with their mojo. :D
