Here's my Mid-July garden tour. Let's see yours!!!

I tried to tag everyone I could remember from the original garden thread. Forgive me if I neglected to include all interested parties!

Wow, I am tired just watching that. BEAUTIFUL flowers! You must put in a LOT of time and effort to get such great results.

That is truly beautiful ... I wish I had the time to do something in our yard .... but it's really not worth planting anything until Linus learns not to eat EVERYTHING!!! :loco:

Love the color of the roses that are mixed in with the sweetpeas. Gorgeous!

Well, I didn't include the dog's yard in that tour. LOL It's just green grass with giant yellow splotches and a couple of rose bushes that Bo likes to eat in the spring time before the thorns are on.

Thanks .... I don't feel QUITE as inadequate now!!!

Awwwww!!! I was hoping for "inspired" over "inadequate". Nothing gets me going like a fresh issue full of awesome gardens in a Sunset Magazine or Better Homes and Gardens....!

LOL ... well yes I am inspired, but unfortunately any plans I have in my head will have to stay there until next year. Linus, at 9 months believes everything needs to be chewed, eaten or both. I know that whatever I plant or try and grow will be dug up and I'll find it half-chewed at the other side of the yard ... so my inspiration will have to be put off until 2013!!! :shout:

Vicaroo1000 Sensational, The 100 degree days here have really put the kibosh on green things. I am waiting for this heat to break. Our fourth heat wave is almost out of here, so says the weather folks. I am so envying your beautiful surroundings.
I can imagine the pleasure you are enjoying with all the labor involved. Thank you for sharing you piece of heaven.

Sherry - I was out deadheading yesterday and noticed that our little "heat wave" here has had it's casualties too.

Here's something fun; everyday -- since last Sunday I think --- when I go out to the veg garden, the same little green Pacific Tree Frog is sunning him/her self on a big wide leaf on the daylillies. I see him everyday. Their markings are a bit varied so I know it's the same one. One day, I saw TWO of them together on the same leaf. I wasn't able to capture any frog porno though - just so you know.
