| Ibby was welcomed into the rescue as an owner surrender on February 16, 2014. Her previous owner passed away, and relatives were unable to afford her care health issues. She recently had a tail amputation to address a serious infection. She is very friendly and vocal, but can get very excited and would do best in a calm environment.
