I know it is kind iof a long shot but can anyone here read Hebrew?

If no one here can help and you have facebook, try searching pages on there. I needed Latin translated and facebook had a Latin translating group. The person that answered my question knows like 12+ languages.

Sorry I can't help. The website I use for translation is Babelfish but I checked and it doesn't doe Hebrew.

Edit: Never mind, that won't work with text in a photo...I will think more.
