Hiccups in Puppy

Bear has a hiccup spell (minutes long) at least once a day, every day. Is it similar to human babies/toddlers that it is a sign of him growing quickly or is it something I should be concerned about? He will be 15 weeks old on Friday.

First, LOVE the name Bear!! Joey went through the same thing, she is just over 1 year old now. When she was a baby she would get an episode of hiccups when she was tired. We figured out after a few episodes that she wanted sleep....quiet time. She does not get them anymore but when she was young it signaled a nap coming up

Our Basset puppy did the same so I don't think there's a need for worry unless it seems to really bother him

Extremely normal... I always heard the saying that means they are growing, skin kids too... Lol

Yep... Totally normal, Lambeau had them a lot too

Got two pups now and they both have them occasionally. Hugs to Bear!
