its a size zero,it is getting a bit small for him now. Im going to have to buy a new one soon.
He weighed 23kg last time i had him to the vets,he was 6month old then.

You just measure around the chest for size.
I got mine off Zooplus and they have a size chart.

I know i ordered most of mine from zooplus - as one of my dogs is deaf she got "im deaf" label on it, problem was i always had bigger dogs so i always went for size 2 -don't get me wrong -it fits lily now perfectly -but the length of "saddle" looks like a coat in her ;-))
