Haha, thanks! My husband was so upset when he jumped into the creek that he started tossing his cell phone/keys/shoes to go in after him. I told him to just give it a sec and let him figure it out. He made it, barely. Bulldogs can swim if they TRY. I am assuming that most are simply too lazy

Definately not lazy. I believe just about all Bulldog can swim, it's just their body mass that makes them sink, how does that go in the Ford to Chevy commerical, they sink like a rock. :D. Wilson can swim quite well, with a lifejacket on though. Without it his head is so heavy that it will go under and he's built like a cinder block with a head on it, think mini Hippo....
