My vet prescribed Boo some Derma Vet Ointment to just dab on her irritated red spot like the pic you have posted. Apply a thin coat every 12-24 hrs and it cleared it up immediately.

Just got home from the vet $240 later. Took a sample from around his tail pocket and his ears found a little bit a yeast in his ears nothing in the tail pocket it was totally clean. They gave me mometamax ointment for his ears and told me to put a little bit in his tail pocket.

ooh great news..

what's interesting is the hemorrhoid wipes seems to have killed whatever was there.. hmm.. gonna look into it.
