I'd bearly rolled out of bed when the phone was ringing this morning and it turned out to be my best friend who I got Sadie from. Sadies sister Jasmine was supposed to go to another home but did her best to say with my friend. So now we each have a bully. She was going to be in town and wanted to go to lunch, and wanted to know if I would babysit for her. Sure!
OH MY GOODNESS what a difference!! Jasmine is soo EB typey! She's relaxed and calm, although was attempting to dominate everyone. I tried to hide it from them but I had to smirk when Jasmine was dominating Sadie, and Jay used his nose to push Jasmine down, and promptly hopped over Sadie to stand over Jasmine as she was on her back as if to say, "My Sadie is queen, your welcome to be over me, but thats my lil sister!" I was actually surprized since Sadie was supposed to be the dog aggressive one of the pair but she showed no signs with her sister. Sadie is SO athletic compared to her! They did a big of playing and wrestling but Jazzy was content to lay in the grass and watch Sadie and Jay roll and tumble.
We all agreed that Sadie acts much more like a french bulldog than she does an english bully. The joke was made that we ought to get her into Flyball LOL!:D
I was quite tickled when my friend petted Sadie, and commented that her coat was much softer than it had been when they were picked up. We discussed some of the top foods and she's going to be looking into switching food not only for Jasmine but for her show prospect boxer, Ian.
All in all it was a very fun morning. I'm SO positive that my friend made the best decision possible for the two sisters, one coming here and the other staying with her. As much as I love the bully laziness that Jasmine showed, I realized how much I adore my bully with the energy of a rat terrier.
Pictures to follow later today!
