Going to twice a day

We want to start spunky at twice a day feedings tomorrow, she's 7 months old. How much do we feed her in each feeding? I want to say 1 1/4 cup? Or maybe more...

We feed Fromm and it says to feed 2 cups 2x a day....Brutus was getting chunky so we cut back to 1 1/2 am 1 1/2 pm with some fruit/veggie here and there

We use Fromm as well. Thanks for the replies, I think we will start at 1 1/2 and modify if needed.

even though I leave Abby's food out all the time I find that she only eats twice a day, and always less than what I give. I think the fromm just fills them up alot faster.

Our dogs our both over 1 years old now so we feed 1 cup 2x day. They seem to be happy with that!

Remy is 7 months and he is on Nature's Logic and he gets a cup each time and he seems to be doing well on it. He is 51 pounds so I don't want to feed him too much or he'd probably be a lot bigger

We don't know what spunky weighs...though I think I may go get a scale today and subtract with holding her...I'm dying to know!!!

My boys are 9 and 5. We feed NVI LImited Ingredient, 1 cup each, twice a day! They are always hungry, but both are a healthy weight!

Weighed spunky today, she is about 34 lbs. at 7 months. We were told she will be on the bigger side (stocky) because of her spitting image of her dad. I've read a lot of those comments about your bullies weight and that now seems small to me

glad day one was successful. Don't worry about her weight. Remy isn't stocky yet, but I have a feeling he's going to be stocky by the time he's fully grown
