Yes but we really try to limit the time we play tug of war because then he forgets how to leave it and all of our training goes out the window.

She does at times, but her all time favorite is keep away (we keep away from her)

Yes, we are guilty of playing tug a war. According to the vet, this can encourage aggression but we have been teaching our EB on how to let go when he pulls too hard or starts growling.

ROFL.. Oh yes. My Beta dog constantly tries to prove he's an Alpha with tug. It's outta control!

Oh yes she does. We try to limit it though as she tends to get really rough and has to have to part that you are holding and will sometimes miss and get a hold of your hand.

Most of ours like it, but a couple don't really get it. :)

Yes, a Brie loves it. I try not to encourage it too much tho, cos her royal heiny still needs to come down a notch or too... Lol

Yes; we love tug of war. We try to keep in specialized to the toys but my girls will tug on anything they find appealing. Shower curtains, bath mats, towels, their blankets etc. Tug of war is a must in our house.

Brutus has never liked tug of war. I throw it, and then he keeps it away! He's so silly thogh, I'll hold it up in the air, and he will jump up with all four paws off the ground to try to get it :) I always throw it for him though.

Dudley loves it...I don't like to play because I think it will hurt his teeth and jaws, but it's his favorite.

Bazza loves it, we don't like to play it as Bazza would like to be dominant and playing it and losing to him is not a good idea. (Except the kids cannot help themselves no wonder he is the boss of them ! :-) )

Mostly no. If it is a toy I can tug back on he will offer a little resistance before letting go. He has not grasped the concept yet i guess.

Loves loves loves tug of war. Although once he starts to growl we let the rope go.
