Cheli the toad hunter

He has priorities and toad hunting is it. He actually searches for them in certain spots before going potty.... He will potty and go back to those spots for more hunting.

Yesterday he found an itty bitty baby i got out of his mouth.... Look close as it appears to be a rock or piece of dirt

EXACTLY!! The alarm goes off at 5 AM, and as soon as it goes off... he is out of bed and sitting at the top of the stairs waiting for me to get moving.

Ha!ha! I love the Cheli's eye view of the little toad! My dogs are toad-happy,too. The toads here squirt some kind of moisture through their skin when they get scared, and it makes the dog's foam at the mouth! I have to rescue toads and hide them. I had a dog years ago who ate one and had seizures from it. But recovered, thank goodness!

Lynn,,, totally what happens here to,,, I think it is urine, Cheli foams and drools till he finds another one. I hide the one I save and he tries to get to others or the one I 'hid'

Not as many as when we first moved to Qld 26 years ago but they are poisonous so I freak a bit when Ftse chases them funny because he is scared of everything else just not them

Who's the toad hunter Cheli or you? Lol. Lately ice been the cigarette butt hunter, Blossom keeps picking them up, and I have to pull them from her mouth. They are toxic and can make them quite sick. She has also found a whole banana and a whole apple and tried to eat them as well. These guys will eat just about anything.
