Click on your name and that will take you to your profile. You should be able to see who did a friend request and accept accordingly. You can also click directly on the red link that said "friend request" on lower left corner and that will take u directly there too.

Yeah not from your phone, but your friends are listed in your profile, there are tabs above the visitor messages. About me, friends, tags, awards, mentions, ect.
