Thanks. Just when I was giving up hope, I got the call this morning. The reason why we got him so fast is because we are techincally fostering him. They call it foster to adopt. We were told that we would get him faster this way. So in a week or so I just have to tell them that we are going to keep him and then we do the adoption.
