BabyGirl came out of her pen limping. She is not able to put weight on one of her hind legs. Taking her to the vet. Wondering if it is related to her tail issue. Will let you know when we get back.:(

Oh, please let us know what the vet says when you get back. Will be thinking of her today.

awwww, poor Babygirl!!! Update as soon as you can, please!

Oh! I hope everything turns out ok. Mocha did this once, she was limping on one leg. Took her to the vets and she had a small ripped in her ligaments. Bed rest for her for a week and they also gave her a shoot for the pain. they also prescribed joint supplements. She has not have this problem since.Let us know what they say.

OH NO!!! Believe me when I say I know how you feel! ACK! PLEASE post what the vet says!!!

Poor baby girl. Hope everything is OK, please keep us updated.

Just got xrays done. Good news no tears but arthritis visible. Hips and one knee. She'll get arthritis meds and recommended glucosamine supplements. 500 mg (people type ok to use). What a relief :). Can't wait to get out of here. Place is packed. Dr. Butchko in Riverside, CA So many bulldogs When we got here. Now mostly other kinds of dogs.

Thanks for the update, glad there was no tear, hope she feels better soon.

Thanks everyone. So glad it's not anything more serious. You've should've seen my husband, beside himself with worry. Even sat in the back holding her like a baby to make sure she didn't fall off the back seat even though she's wearing a safety harness. My imagination went wild with "what ifs?" Mamas got to be ready for anything.

Vet felt around BabyGirls leg and found no sign of tear or broken bone but asked if I still wanted an X-ray. Of course!!! I want to make sure there is nothing serious in that much loved little pork chop of hers. I also mentioned she's been shedding like crazy this week. He said there is no connection with her tight tail and the leg issue. Came home with all this.

Fontanafox, So happy to hear she is ok. I just wanted to tell you that I give Mocha Glyco Flex III (joint supplement). She has done super with this and you can get it online. I got it on Amazon because at the vets office it costs a pretty pennie!!!!

Oh, gosh. I am so relieved!!! I was just praying that there wasn't anything serious. Arthritis is serious but the pain can be controlled. Whew!

Oh, and OF COURSE you wanted the x-ray!! After all, you are a good mommy :)
