Arcadia was found as a stray and in terrible shape and taken to a shelter. After her stray hold was up BHNW jumped at the chance to help this wonderful girl. With some TLC and elbow grease from her foster mom we home Arcadia will be able to overcome many of her ailments. She is a happy and friendly girl and is enjoyed in her foster home. Check back later for more on this girl's progress.
