4 month old puppy nasally and gets a little Flem

hi all
Just wandering if you have any suggestions
My friends 4 month old puppy seem to have a runny nose and gets a little flemmy on the chest and she is worried about him needing antibiotics after antibiotics
He is an Aussie bulldog and is otherwise very playful and well in himself he just has this runny nose she would like to help him clear ?

Does the discard from his nose have any color to it? It is yellow or green that is infection and should be treated with antibiotics --- if he is getting many rounds -- has the vet checked for pneumonia ?
