It is better name for it, since it is from birch. IMO you shouldn't give dogs anything sweet. No matter what it's sweetened with. Nowadays everything natural sells so most likely that's why they're starting to call it birch sugar, sounds so healthy

so true… doing more readin and finding a lot of ‘healthy’ really is the total opposite 😓😓😓
