Working out Frank Underwood style

Inspired by one of the members here -ehem [MENTION=9157]ddnene[/MENTION] - i decided to give "moving" a chance. Hubby loves working out but over the last couple of years has put on a considerable amount of weight and decided his gym equipment in the basement doesn't cut it for him anymore. So off we went to a gym equipment store and bought a WaterRower. I tried it a for a good couple of minutes and i LOVE it! Have always thought of signing up to those rowing clubs around here but thought against it because i can't swim! lol. Now i don't have to leave home. I highly recommend it. Doing it Frank Underwood style (Kevin Spacey).

This is exactly what hubby has in the basement.

The WaterRower delivered and assembled today ^^.

I had a work out bench like that once. I don't think it ever got used. However, once i get my dining room back i will be getting a treadmill for these long boring conference calls I am on at times.

So i tried the WaterRower today and here comes Bifi all excited lol. He was helping his dad when it was being assembled and i guess now he wants to help me out too lol.

OMG, LOL so funny, You will only have to workout 1/2 the time, as having a bully on you at the same time will give you an extra workout !! Easy !

Yup now i get it lol. I thought he would be scared of it but no! Be wants tou have a part of it LOL. We ofcourse kept it a secret from hubby. He'll freak out if he sees Bifi using his new machine as a chew toy.

Haha it served the same purpose when it was in the livingroom for a couple of years. They moved it in the basement to make a "gym" for my husband and his friends lol.
